I have used Arctoro Medical’s
I have used Arctoro Medical’s Electronic Nerve Stimulator (ENS) on many patients and I’ve found it very reliable in finding where the patients pain is stemming from in my patients with back pain. It helped back up my diagnosis of the patients where they have pain manifesting in their hip, knee or foot, that their… pain is actually being generated from their back and not in the location where they feel the pain most of the time. My patients have been excited to have me use this Electronic Nerve Stimulator on them to actually verify their pain and to help them treat and manage their pain through the many methods for pain minimization known to the medical field. They were happy to see that I could use another tool to analyze their situation and to help them understand what is going on in their spine. It would be very accurate with its analysis in confirming where the Epidural Steroid Injections would be beneficial to the patient to help relieve certain types of painful problems that several of my patients suffer from. After using the ENS in conjunction with the patient’s MRI, I can see why some of my patients that have had Epidural Steroid Injections, have had little of the anticipated longer term relief from the Injections. In a lot of people, the place that their MRI shows the problem is the only place the the physician will inject, but the patient could have other impingements or other irritated nerve roots that didn’t get any relief from that steroid injection. With the help of the ENS, the doctor can check for other Pain Generating areas that need the Epidural Steroid Injections too. I can see how Arctoro Medical’s ENS can be a valuable tool in every Doctor’s office where the doctor has patients with chronic pain. Read more “I have used Arctoro Medical’s”
My right foot has had
My right foot has had quite constant sharp and throbbing pains on the outside edge from my little toe to near my heal. My husband said that it might be generated from my back. I really didn’t think that this was the case because there’s only a dull nagging ache in the small of my… back. So I had the Electronic Nerve Stimulator’s probe run over the lumbar area of my back with the adhesive electrode on the side of my foot where the pain bothers me most. It was amazing to me that when the probe went over the L4 disk in my back, I really felt the increase of pain and on the monitor of the Electronic Nerve Stimulator, both the Milliamps and Voltage lines made a slope upward together. I was told that by having Epidural Steroid Injections in the L4 disk area that the pain in my heel would be most likely cured or at least minimized. I’ll be scheduling an Epidural Steroid injunction to be preformed in the near future. I’m totally impressed by the technology in Arctoro Medical’s Electronic Nerve Stimulator and I feel that all doctor offices should have one of these devices to help patients find out where the true source of pain is coming from, and then know the best and least invasive cure for their patients. Steven Thorne
My wife has been having a lot of foot pain on the outside of her right foot. I asked my doctor if it could possibly be coming from a pinched nerve in her back? He told me that it could be and that it is most likely from her L4 region of her back. Even… though she only has a dull ache in the small of her back, I tried Arctoro Medical’s Electronic Simulator (ENS) on her just to see what would be revealed. I placed the adhesive electrode patch on the side of her foot where she has the pain and set the ENS at 0.45 milliamps and began the procedure. Sure enough, the milliamps and voltage began to climb when I had the probe over the L4 joint on the right side and the sensation on her back went from an electronic tingling to a a mild discomfort. Both of the milliamps and voltage made a beautiful positive slope on the graph of the ENS. I was able to inform her that her foot pain is coming from her back and not from her foot.
